The accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of Coyoacan, close to the FK museum and the Coyoacan plaza. Although the hotel is down a sketchy street, it is very close to the centre of Coyoacan. the rooms are nice, clean, and cozy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the shared facilities are very practical and comfortable to use.
One of the downsides of the hotel is that the noise level from the staff or other guests can be quite high at times, which can be disturbing for those sensitive to noise.

The house was nicely decorated and had beautiful artwork displayed. I especially liked the rooftop deck that offered a great view of the surrounding area. there were many restaurants and shops located conveniently nearby, making it an easy place to stay for a weekend getaway.
My stay was not very comfortable. The shared bathroom was dirty and not well taken care of.

The breakfast was good and tasty. the fruits were fresh and the eggs were nicely cooked. the location was perfect, we could easily walk to the main square and enjoy the many attractions nearby. the beds were very comfortable and cozy, allowing us to have a good night's sleep.
The noise was a big problem, we could hear the staff talking early in the morning and the sound of the phone at the reception desk ringing at night. the shared bathrooms could have been cleaner and more well-maintained.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful house and its impeccable upkeep. The attention to detail in the decor, especially the showcased artwork, added to the overall charm. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as sharing the bathroom and the presence of a lively German Shepherd, we found the place to be peaceful and enjoyed the abundance of common areas, including a lovely rooftop patio. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the center of Coyoacan. The price was reasonable, considering the comfort of the bed and the helpfulness of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and great value.
